Community Justice Advisory Board (CJAB)
UCLM was crucial to requiring Rochester police officers to use body-worn cameras (BWC). This ministry builds on that success. We have an agreement with the city that allows us to meet quarterly with the police department and receive information we request. We continue to work to improve the performance of Rochester Police Department (RPD) and prevent officer abuses by getting Rochester Police Department to consistently use the body-worn cameras.
